Srinagar\18\\: On the directions of Chairman Hurriyat Conference and Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Syed Ali Geelani, today a delegation headed by Tehreek-e-Hurriyat general secretary Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai who was accompanied by the district president Mir Hafizullah and many district officials, visited many flood-hit areas of the Islamabad district where they distributed different relief material amoung the affected people of the area. The chairman Central Relief Committee Peer Saifullah today held a meeting which was participated by many central officials including district president Budgam Tashouq Ahmad Banday and district president Shopian Shakeel Ahmad Yatoo. The meeting discussed in detail the relief distribution process at the district as well as central level and decision was made to speed up the process of distribution of different relief material. The chairman Central Relief Committee Peer Saifullah said that we have launched a survey to enlist the most deserving families who are the worst sufferers due to the recent floods and for this our cadres at district levels are collecting the information and sending the same to the central office at Hyderpora. These families would be given first preference in distribution of relief, who have lost their shelters and are living under the open sky. In this regard the district president Srinagar Raja Mehraj-ud-din today visited many areas of the Srinagar district and held deliberations with the affected families. Raja sahib assured them that Tehreek-e-Hurriyat will provide every possible help to them and will try to reach every affected person.
