APHC spokesperson on Sunday said that Indian home Minister admitted that Kashmir never integrated with India. Referring to his statement, he said that, home minister admits that “Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru stopped Sardar Patel from merging Kashmir with Indian union.

This testifies our claim that Kashmir is not a part of India, however India took the case to the UN and pledged that the people of J&K would be given the right to self-determination to decide their political destiny.

The resolution was accepted by both India and Pakistan and the world community is witness to this but Indian authorities while claiming it as their integral part, are continuously denying to fulfil their commitment, said spokesman.

Now, while the Indian home minister, Rajnath Singh, accepted that Kashmir has not been integrated into India, hence they should admit it as a forcible occupation, said spokesman.

‘’Tell your people that Kashmir has never annexed with Indian union”, said spokesman while reacting over the statement of home minister and added that from now ‘’it is better to avoid rhetoric about Kashmir being its integral part’’.

Laying stress on right to self-determination for people of state, Spokesman said that Kashmir issue is the root cause of prevailing uncertainty in South Asia, hence India need to oblige its commitment which they have pledged in international forums.

Meanwhile Hurriyat Conference while paying rich tributes to Waseem Ahmed Shah, Nasir Ahmad Mir and Gulzar Ahmed Mir, slain in Leter Pulwama gunfight, said that nation can never forget their sacrifices and added that youth are sacrificing their lives while resenting forced occupation and for our better tomorrow.

It is requisite for us to revere these sacrifices and stay away from preparators and those inflicting brutalities, said APHC.

Huriyat denounced and strongly condemned the use of indiscriminate firing over innocent protestors and said the barbaric, violent methods and inhuman approach of authorities can never break our resolve.
